About River Ninja

We are a Christchurch based business offering solutions for multisport kayaking athletes. 

We’ve been involved in the multisport scene for a number of years now.  It started when Todd prepared for his first Coast To Coast race. While not at the pointy end of the field, it certainly lit a fire. He competed and finished the Longest Day in 2014 and continues to compete in various events. He's looking forward to another crack at the Longest Day in 2024.

Every multisport athlete needs the understanding and help of a great support crew. Todd’s family and friends, led by wife and Team Todd captain Diane, really look forward to the Coast to Coast event each year, especially the whitebait patties at Aickens corner!

Todd and Diane are really excited to have launched River Ninja and especially happy with the way our first big event of Coast To Coast 2023 went. We look forward to helping other athletes in their multisport pursuits and training goals.

We offer flexible Kayak rental solutions to meet your training or racing requirements. The best piece of advice Todd received when he signed up for his for his first Coast To Coast was,

“Get your ass in a boat”.
